We've Got Answers

Which Is Better, Sunscreen Lotion or Cream?

It depends on what your skin’s into. Sunscreen lotion is usually lighter, so it spreads easier and feels less sticky—great for everyday use or when you're on the go. Creams are thicker and more moisturizing, which makes them a solid pick for dry or sensitive skin. Both get the job done, so it really comes down to how your skin vibes with the texture.

Can You Use the Same Sunscreen for Face and Body?

You can use the same sunscreen for your face and body, but it depends on your skin and how the formula feels. Body sunscreens tend to be a little thicker and may have more fragrance, which some folks find too much for sensitive facial skin—especially around the eyes. If your go-to body sunscreen is lightweight and doesn’t clog your pores, you’reprobably good to go. But if you’re prone to breakouts or want something gentler, a daily 50 face sunscreen might be a better match. Either way, as long as you’re using SPF, you’re doing it right.

What Should You Apply to Your Face Every Morning?

Mornings are all about protection and prep. Start with a gentle cleanser to wake up your skin, then follow with a moisturizer that suits your skin type. If your skin likes a little extra love, add a serum with ingredients like vitamin C or hyaluronic acid. Always finish with sunscreen—yep, even if it’s cloudy. It’s like giving your skin a daily shield before heading out into the world.
